- 3 cups shredded green cabbage
- 1 cup fresh shiitake mushrooms sliced
- 2 teaspoons freshly grated ginger root
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch powder
- 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
- ½ teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons hoisin glaze
- 1 small garlic clove minced
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
